744 Sq Ft - Valkris

I live in a “small” house. And while some might see it as huge, others will see it as way small. That said, it’s my 744 square feet of living. My house, my castle. It sits on a 3500 sq. ft. (50×70) lot.

Within the walls of my humble abode is

In the back half of the house (396) about 400 sq. ft.
- TWO (2) 7’+ x 8′ bedrooms, we’ll call them 60 sq. ft each. That’s 120.
- Common Area (276):
  - A kitchen 11′ x 12′ = 132
  - Dining Room : 11’+ x 8’+ = ~88
  - Bathroom : 7′ x 8′ = 56
Garage (accessed from outside) 8 x 12′ = 96.
- That plus the back half above brings us to almost 500 (492).
What’s left? Well that is “my world”, my bedroom (specifically the house’s living room),
- It’s 18′ x 14′ = 252.
Bring to house’s total to 744.

I short, of my 3500 sq. ft. of land, my “castle” is only 252 sq. ft. of that, that rest is in some way either outside, or a ‘common area’.
