Room Available – Rent or Trade

Over time, I’ve had several people live with me.

Most of them choose to because it was “easy”. Easier than being ‘responsible’ to commit to paying a monthly rent (let along a mortgage).

Well we are back at that point. Two rooms are in fact available. This could be for two different people, or someone w/ “a responsibility”.

Terms are negotiable.
